Ooh, another tough week. All the stories were great and very inventive. Makes it hard to choose a favourite. But, voted I have. 🙂

            2. LOL No worries! You did exactly what I asked so that I won’t miss any stories for the list! As long as I get them all up there before the poll goes live tomorrow it should be good! We’re light on stories this week, though! I think LOOP threw everyone for a loop! 😉

            3. Haha, maybe it did! Or it could be that the warmer weather is pulling people outdoors and away from writing. Maybe even on vacation! Oooh that would be nice…warm tropical beach…

            4. yeah, that’s no where in my future. Although the warm weather does have me out walking more which is good! Since we are coming to the end of the school year, though, things are ramping up with the kiddos. 🙂

            5. LOL same here (so sad to say *sobs*). That’s right, where were all those fieldtrips to that you went on last week?

            6. Sorry! A nice warm beach somewhere would be nice to enjoy. 🙂 Two of the three were the same but with different groups of kids. It was a geocaching adventure at Manito Park in Spokane. Two of my kids are in the special program called PEP (Planned Enrichment Program…they are changing it to “Highly Capable” something or other next year). It’s a one day a week class that extends their education and they have to test into it. Anyway, the teachers set up special caches and they also used real ones around the park and sent the kids on a scavenger hunt of sorts using only coordinates, a compass (the one on my phone didn’t work), GPS, and a few clues. Tuesday is was overcast so we couldn’t use the sun for direction which made it more difficult. Thursday was a perfect day. Both my groups (all boys the first time and all girls the second time) were fun. I love the kids at PEP. Friday both boys (one is in 3rd gr & the other in 2nd but in a 2/3 combo class) got to go on the 3rd grade field trip to the West Valley Outdoor Learning Center. That was another fun one. Saw all kinds of neat rescued animals and the kids learned about Native American culture in the west. That was way more info than you were bargaining for! LOL

            7. That sounds like so much fun for kids! I’m glad they have great programs like that.
Cellphone compass didn’t work, LOL, just figures! XD. Certainly sounds like a busy week, but a fun one. 🙂

            8. Me, too. We love brain stretching, freedom to create, problem solving skills, team building, and knowing there are other people as strange as us in the world. Both my kids who are in PEP love it. It’s their favorite day of the week. Now the next one is testing for it and he realllllly wants to get in. Next year’s focus is math. That would be good for all of them. 🙂 Anyway, just a proud mama rambling on about it! 🙂

          1. LOL, my dad loves Spongebob and he’s over 50. Age don’t matter ;D haha!

            1. I think the older Spongebob stuff was the best. 😉 It got too crass and too stupid for me toward the middle of its life. Or is it still going strong? I don’t know! We don’t have regular TV anymore. haha

              Liked by 1 person

            2. I hear it’s still going strong, and maybe changed back to the more old version, at least that’s what I’ve heard but I haven’t seen any of the new yet. I loved the older Spongebob the best too. 🙂
