        1. Just write them all down on small strips of paper, and put them in a bag. Now, throw the bag away and vote for mine.
Just kidding, but putting all entries together and drawing one at random might be your solution.
          Still kidding. I’ll stop now…

  6. I’mmmm ready~! 😀 Haha, I actually had trouble finding out what this week’s word was. Where am I supposed to look to find each week’s word?

    1. I seriously need to figure out how to alert everyone to the word. After school today I’ll have one of the kids pick a random number for next week’s word. Maybe I’ll just line up the next three. I just don’t like knowing a long time before everyone else. haha

You can find the Weekly Theme word listed on the main #BlogBattle page: http://www.rachaelritchey.com/blogbattle/ It will show the current word and then by Wednesday it will show the next week’s word so you have a week to prepare! 🙂

      1. Organizing writing competitions always get a bit complicated. 🙂 Actually any competitions, I think, haha. But you’ve done great with it, you really have, and I think that’s why more people keep joining in the fun. 😀

        1. Thanks for that, E.! I’m glad everyone is so flexible and nice. It’s such a good thing to be writing together this way. So much encouragement & practice to go around. 🙂

  9. Would that I could enter this week. Alas, though, my computer is acting too much like me, not remembering the stuff I need it to, since I suffer from CRS. (You DO know what that is, right?)
I am waiting until I get my other out of the shop tomorrow, and by then it’ll be too late.

Shame, as I saw the prompt, the entry began a narration; and it is also for my “Velah” story. Maybe I’ll go ahead and write when I do return to that blog, just for writing it.

I do wish this week’s contestants all the best!

    1. Ahhh, I carry my brain in my phone, attached to Google. Oh, I suppose that means Google is my brain. That’s concerning. Hmm… Anywho! I hope all goes well with your computer. Definitely still write your story and even though I won’t be able to include it in the judging, once it’s posted, I can still list it with the others for everyone to read! 🙂 Thanks, John!

      1. I had a second thought: I can get into my BarbarianWriter blog, so am crafting a section of that story to add. I’ll try to post before midnight.

            1. No, i ended up at school with my sin longer than i planned, so anything in before i get home will count this week. Haha life had taught me to be flexible wherever possible.

    2. CRS! HAHAHAHA! I remember when my grandfather (may he rest in peace.) told me my grandmother had CRS! LOL I may have been 12 then. I was making a sandwich and he comes up to me after having talked to me grandmother and says “Candice, you know your Grandmother has CRS disease. You know what that is don’t you?” Then he proceeds to tell me and a priceless memory from which I gain much laughter was born! Thanks for reminding me of that 🙂
