Sneaky Quote

It’s not a sneaky quote so much as a sneak peek quote.  This is a snippet from The Beauty Thief that my editor appreciated. I appreciate her for appreciating it! It’s one of the most important paragraphs from the book . . .

This is my photograph and artwork as well. 🙂 I hope you like it!

Just like a fictional character, we can learn from our circumstances, change, and grow.

    1. Judy! 🙂 I didn’t even notice the spelling, although I do know the difference in meaning. OOPS! It just didn’t even cross my mind. I hope it’s okay that I “edited” your comment. 😉 THANK YOU FOR THE HEADS UP. The quote from my book is now corrected. ❤

  3. I feel like this is a cross between The Grinch Stole Christmas and Lord of the Rings. 🙂

But it sounds good. I can see why Susan liked it.

    1. I’m not sure if I should be incensed or excited about that comparison, but I think I’ll go with the latter. I like both, so it must be a compliment if I ever heard one. 🙂 THANKS! 🙂

    1. Thanks CC! That means a lot to me. I’m getting more excited every day to publish my book. I hope the whole thing resonates with this very concept, but all wrapped up in the pretty package of fiction. The photo was originally an October sunset–bright and shining. I love playing with my photos in PaintShop, though. 🙂
