Hey Rach, Rach…I always wondered if we had to use the word in its current tense, like the word lurk…do we have to use lurk, or can we use lurks, or lurking? I have used the word as stated for each week at least once, but then will use it throughout in different tense. I sometimes find it difficult to use it as is, but have managed to at least once in my stories so far.
Having to teach elementary grammar makes me think too much. 🙂

Great question. 🙂 the goal is to use out at least once in its current form and then as much add you can on any form possible! 🙂 I hope that makes sense. lurk, lurking, lurker, lurked. 😀

Lucky I just changed the title to “Gods of War”! Would hate to trespass on Cathleen’s pride of place with the singular.
Inspirational, as always –

haha both of you are such clever, talented writers. I’m sure she’d not be too upset, but it helps the rest of us differentiate, that’s for sure! ❤

Hi Rachael,
My entry is here: http://cathleentownsend.com/2015/10/19/god-of-war/.
It’s a fantasy drabble–exactly a hundred words. At least I don’t have to worry about blowing through the word count ceiling this week. 🙂

Fantastic, Cathleen. 🙂 100 words is a CHALLENGE indeed!
