When I downloaded The Beauty Thief over a year ago, little did I know the author, Rachael Ritchey, is local (to me), or that she would be a featured speaker at my writer’s group meeting. We spent a quick hour sipping coffee in a noisy Starbucks. Being the busy mom that she is, it was the only time she had, and boy am I glad she agreed to meet me.Β Her books are a blend of fantasy fiction, good family values, and swashbuckling adventure. 1. Thanks, Audrey! I hope I didn’t come across as too absentminded. haha On top of that, I told MJ before we started in earnest that I have a tendency to get excited and talk fast, so I hoped the coffee didn’t make it worse. πŸ™‚

            1. Hey, Roger! Did you ever get that email I sent you back at the end of September about the ASF short story edits/revisions? I’m at the point where I’m going to compile stories, and I can’t find an email or anything where you might have sent me that stuff. Sorry for not reaching out again sooner. Things have been plugging along at a fast pace lately! πŸ™‚

            2. Sorry Rachael that didn’t reach me. Could you send it again?
(The problem may have been that Yahoo shoved it into ‘Spam’ and I’ve only just found out that the browser I use does not signal receipt of Spam, whereas the OLD IE one did….and here was I thinking I was not getting any spam anymore) 🀨

I’ll be getting back to you tomorrow. Thanks so much for the opportunity.πŸ˜ƒ
              All the best
